#BHM Post featuring Jamaal May’s Hum

Alice James Books has published a wonderfully diverse group of authors over the years, which I highlighted during Black History Month. To help with this campaign, I encouraged our University of Maine - Farmington students to take snapshots of books in eye-catching places across the campus. This copy of Jamaal May’s Hum found its way into a piano, which jives perfectly with the mechanical music of this poetry collection.
